We use DPD, Parcelforce & PalletTrack to dispatch orders. Shipping and delivery charges vary according to the order value and delivery zone.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Highlands & Islands
For order values up to £150.00 (excl. VAT) – £11.99(excl. VAT)
For order values between £150.01 to £300.00 (excl. VAT) – £19.99(excl. VAT)
For order values between £300.01 to £500.00 (excl. VAT) – £24.99(excl. VAT)
For order values between £500.01 to £750.00 (excl. VAT) – £29.99(excl. VAT)
For order values above £750.01 – Free
If you like to have your goods delivered to an international address, please call us on +442087613179 or email us at email@example.com to receive an estimate of the delivery quotation.
If we have your email address you can receive an email from our carrier that will allow you to track your consignment.
On delivery the carrier will;
- require a signature from the person receiving the goods, or
- leave a card advising that they will return the next working day if there is no one to receive the goods, or
- leave the goods without a signature if you have advised us (via the notes box at the checkout) of a safe place where the goods can be left at your own risk.
Your order will usually be shipped within 1-3 working days after receipt of your payment. Deliveries will be made Monday-Friday between 9.00am-5.30pm. Saturday deliveries are available but additional charges apply please email or phone us for a quote if you require these services.
Problems on Delivery
We use a courier service for the majority of our dispatches. Most of our couriers will attempt delivery and if unsuccessful they will hold the goods in their nearest depot for you to collect or re-delivery (re-delivery charges apply). In the event of a non delivery, the product shall return to Pound Worth Trading Ltd and a return surcharge applied along with the original carriage costs shall be levied from any monies to be refunded to customer. Keeping the above in mind please do not arrange delivery to a location and time where you will not be able to accept it.
SHORTAGES & DAMAGES
All deliveries should be accompanied by a delivery note. Please check your order against the delivery note. If you still believe items are missing or damaged please contact us in writing within the next 2 working days providing all necessary details and we will try to resolve the issue as soon as possible. . ALL DELIVERIES MUST BE SIGNED FOR. If your delivery is visibly damaged on the exterior of the box please make sure you sign for it as 'DAMAGED'. We cannot process claims where it has been signed for without comment or as 'UNCHECKED'.
