Orders & delivery

Do I have to register an account with Pound Worth Trading Ltd to place an order?
Yes – you will need to register your name, contact details and delivery address details to enable you to place an order.

What is the minimum order amount?
No minimum order amount.

Will I receive confirmation of my order?
Yes – your order confirmation will be emailed to the email address supplied at registration.

Can I add to an existing order?
Yes – providing the order hasn’t already been dispatched. Call Sales on 02087613179 for assistance.

I would like to view before I buy do you have a shop?
No–  but you can come to our show room and check our products by appointment, please see our contact page for further information.

Can I have my item delivered somewhere other than my home address?
Yes – You can do this during the checkout process, or send us an email, Please make sure you receive confirmation that your request has been received.

Can I specify a delivery day?
Particular weekday & Saturday deliveries are subject to a surcharge, Sunday is not possible.

When will I receive my order?
Please allow 2 working days before dispatch. Once dispatched, your order will be normally be with you in 2 -3 working days.

Do I have to sign for the delivery?
Yes – although the carrier can leave with a neighbour, or in a safe place if you have authorised him to do so.

What happens if I’m not home when the carrier delivers?
If you’ve not left alternative delivery instructions the carrier will usually leave a card to say that they’ve been. However if you have not received your item within 3 working days of our sending you a dispatch mail please contact us by email, or call 020 87613179

Can I collect my order from you?
Yes you can, just give us a call to confirm when you are coming and we will have it ready for you

Payment & Refunds

How do I pay for my order?

We accept debit card payments over the phone, credit card payments (surcharge applies) or you can use electronic bank transfer. Alternatively you can send a cheque.

Do I have to pay VAT?
Yes, VAT is payable on both our products and on the delivery for UK based customers and EU based customers who are not VAT registered in their own country.

The item is not as I expected what can I do?
